THE FAMILY BUSINESS (2015)

Half hour pilot written by Tim McAuliffe (The Last Man on Earth, Up All Night), and executive produced by Michael Rotenberg (Silicon Valley, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) for Entertainment One.

Based on the lives of comedian, actor and television host Howie Mandel and his son, YouTube prankster Alex Mandel, The Family Business explores the dynamic between a famous father and his up-and-coming son in the heart of Hollywood.

COPPER (2013)

Hour-long drama created by multiple Emmy Award winner Tom Fontana (Oz, St. Elsewhere, Homicide: Life on the Street) and Will Rokos (Southland, Monster's Ball). Produced by Tom Fontana, Academy Award winner Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Good Morning Vietnam, Donnie Brasco) and Christina Wayne (Mad Men, Broken Trail) for BBC America and Showcase.

Set in the gritty Five Points neighbourhood of New York City in the 1860s, Copper follows Detective Kevin Corcoran (Tom Weston-Jones), an Irish immigrant who returns from fighting in the American Civil War to undertake the Sisyphean task of upholding justice in a lawless slum.

TRANSPORTER (2012)

Hour-long drama created by Luc Besson (The Professional, The Fifth Element, La Femme Nikita) and Robert Mark Kamen (Taken, Colombiana) based on the concept and characters of the Transporter film franchise. Produced by Klaus Zimmerman and Susan Murdoch for M6 & RTL (in Europe), HBO/Cinemax (in the US).

Frank Martin (Chris Vance) is an ex-Special Forces operative working as a driver-for-hire who will deliver anything, anywhere -- no questions asked -- for the right price. He abides by three simple rules:

1. Never change the deal.

2. No names.

3. Never open the package.

Of course, things don't always go according to plan.

ALMOST HEROES (2011)

Half-hour scripted series created by Jason Belleville (Little Mosque on the Prairie, Ground Floor) and Ryan Belleville (The L.A. Complex, Satisfaction). Written and produced by Jason and Ryan Belleville for Showcase.

Peter (Ryan Belleville) and Terry (Paul Campbell) are estranged brothers brought together by the untimely death of their father, the owner of a comic book shop in a suburban strip mall. While Peter remained at home working alongside his father and emulating all of his nerdy ways, Terry escaped his youth as the high school punching bag by heading off to business school and never looking back. Now the brothers must put the past behind them, keep dad's dream alive and try not to kill each other in the process.

Half-hour scripted series created by Kenny Hotz (Kenny vs. Spenny). Written and produced by Kenny Hotz and Derek Harvie (The Tom Green Show) for FX (in the US) and Showcase (in Canada).

Best friends Peter Cooper (Steve Markle) and Ron Mitchell (Jeff Kassel) earn a living as human guinea pigs testing products for unscrupulous corporate conglomerate Testico, suffering bizarre side effects and untold humiliation in the process.
